The Tone
Rangers
The Tone Rangers are Toronto’s preeminent bluegrass band. Making their Blueberry debut this summer, members of this group of bluegrass, old-time, and string band vets are well-established in the Canadian acoustic scene.
Andrew Collins (mandolin) and Chris Quinn (banjo)—both of The Foggy Hogtown Boys and Creaking Tree String Quartet—are synonymous with Canadian bluegrass and bluegrass-adjacent music going back decades. Adam Shier (guitar) and James Mceleney (bass)—both of The Unseen Strangers—round out this band of troubadours whose songs echo across vast plains and dusty trails.
From campfire ballads to saloon showdowns, this eclectic posse serenades with tales of adventure, heartache, and redemption and are sure to be a highlight of Blueberry ’24.
