Darin and Brooke Aldridge
The husband-and-wife team of Darin and Brooke Aldridge form a loving, capable, and focused force, infusing performances with enthusiasm, devotion, and comradery. Nine releases into their bluegrass career, and with an incredible band, Darin & Brooke Aldridge will prove popular headlining the 37th annual Blueberry Music Festival.
Darin (formerly of The Country Gentlemen) and Brooke are from Avery County, North Carolina, and regularly make appearances at the Grand Ol’ Opry and the most influential bluegrass stages.
From 2017-2020, Brooke Aldridge was handed the crystal trophy four consecutive years as International Bluegrass Music Association’s Female Vocalist of the Year. The duo has garnered significant attention touring North America. Several high-charting songs, numerous IBMA award nominations, and outstanding albums—they are, without doubt, one of bluegrass music's most consistent outfits.
This appearance marks the first time Darin & Brooke Aldridge have appeared in Alberta.
